Integrated management

We offer full-cycle property management at any stage of project execution – from the planning and  design through construction, commissioning and operation. We also help to maximise the property’s commercial efficiency, to manage infrastructure and optimize maintenance budgets.

Services: commissioning, technical maintenance, operational maintenance, infrastructure management, lease management, brokerage and tenant rotation, strategic marketing and promotion, commercialization and administrative functions. 
Commercial management

We develop an integrated strategy for efficient space exploitation to maximize asset value. Among other things, we manage lease relations, handle insurance claims, control timing of tenants’ construction and installation work. We also provide bookkeeping and financial accounting services, as well as legal support, handle tenant rotation and manage GR activities. Besides, we help to raise retail space occupancy rates, develop and implement real estate assets marketing and promotion strategies, provide assistance to improve client service.

Technical and operational maintenance

We handle all kinds of processes to ensure technical control and maintenance of utility systems and building structures. We also arrange and handle all the required bureaucratic and technical processes needed to ensure unimpaired functionality of the building during its operational lifetime. We can arrange and manage continuous monitoring of common areas and the building’s adjacent territory. We take precautions against potential contingencies and take measures to minimize the risk thereof, as well as provide fire safety compliance control. We organize and manage both current maintenance and repair, and general overhaul and capital improvement of buildings.

Marketing management
We can conduct a comprehensive audit of the client experience and create a client journey map. We also develop marketing strategies, plans and budgets, evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and cost structure, as well as of marketing team organization. We offer strategic consulting for the asset’s marketing team both in the run up to and after the commissioning. We  conceptualise and work out all the necessary services for the visitors, and help improve the vibe of the place. We also pay a lot of attention to PR and B2B promotion, participate in a number of real estate market awards and other industry-specific events and activities. 
Project commissioning

All the necessary proceedings for verification of engineering and design documentation parameters, start-up works and commissioning. Timely operational amendments control, engineering systems testing, technical specifications for tenants, construction and installation works oversight.

Leased space management

Integrated office management for any business. We provide a full-cycle office functions, including reception, cleaning, security, office management, catering, post and deliveries, lessor-lessee relationship management.

Technical audit

We provide full-cycle technical audit services and evaluation of actual operational conditions and investability, as well as of the assets liquidity.

Management consulting

We develop and help to enhance property management strategies of any level of complexity. Also available commercial consulting, marketing consulting, technical audit and actual operational conditions evaluation, as well as assessment of opportunities for operating expenses optimisation.
