Drawing up a design assignment; Defining the scope, stages and cost of design works subject to customer approval, execution of contracts for their further implementation; Coordination of works carried out by subcontractors as well as architectural, planning and technical solutions in performing a range of design works; Ensuring compliance of the projects with the design assignment; Acceptance of finished design documentation from subcontractors, its verification and transfer to the Customer; Getting approvals for the project at state oversight and supervisory authorities; Organization of designer supervision over the implementation of design solutions, participation in the commissioning of assets and projects; Ensuring the implementation of the project within the limits of the contractual cost, subject to the customer’s approval (fixed price being a possibility); Attracting and coordinating qualified subcontractors for construction and engineering; Monitoring and ensuring the deadlines for delivery of the project and its individual phases; Monitoring and assuring the quality of the works performed; Ensuring the supply of quality materials and equipment; Maintaining order and organization of cleaning on the site; Timely settlements with subcontractors for quality work performed and accepted; Timely settlements with suppliers for their timely supply of quality materials, equipment and furnishings; Monitoring the due conduct of commissioning works and comprehensive fire alarm testing; Preparation of executive documentation and its transfer to the customer; Commissioning of the completed facility (asset).

  • Development and approval of the Project management and communications scheme, the accountability matrices;
  • Evaluating the potential project delivery cost;

  • Development and approval of the Project management and communications network, accountability matrices;
  • Development and approval of the functional assignment;
  • Development of design and construction specification as well as the local terms of reference;
  • BIM, Digitization and automation of construction management processes;
  • Organization of procurement procedures for the selection of design and building contractors as well as suppliers of materials and equipment;
  • Ensuring a positive opinion after the expert evaluation of design documentation, and obtaining a construction permit;
  • Ensuring that the necessary approvals, permits and other documents are obtained for the production and completion of works;
  • Exercising construction control, incoming inspection of materials, structures, products and equipment, compliance of the works performed with the terms of Contracts.
