The department specializes in project management "from scratch" during the design and construction of residential properties, shopping and business centers, office spaces, multi-purpose facilities, light industrial enterprises, infrastructure, and other objects, as well as in construction consulting and monitoring. Project implementation processes are managed using the latest technologies in accordance with global quality standards. Currently, more than 10 projects with a total area exceeding 500,000 m² are under development, and the department employs over 50 highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in projects of various scales and purposes.

- Development and approval of the Project management and communications scheme, the accountability matrices;
- Evaluating the potential project delivery cost;
- Development and approval of the functional and technical assignment;
- Support of tenders for the selection of design and building contractors as well as suppliers of materials and equipment;
- Identifying and reducing the consequences of project risks on the key parameters of the project success (time, cost, quality);
- Proactive management of the Project delivery cost (development and/or verification of estimated commercial and government prices);
- Calculation and monitoring of requisite human engineering/technical personnel and manpower for project implementation;

- Support of construction works, as regards the monitoring of volumes, the quality of works, their compliance with design, construction and other standards to ensure their acceptance;

- BIM, digitization and automation of construction management processes;
- Organization of procurement procedures for the selection of design and building contractors as well as suppliers of materials and equipment;
- Ensuring a positive opinion after the expert evaluation of design documentation, and obtaining a construction permit;
- Making sure that the necessary approvals, permits and other documents are obtained for the production and completion of works;
- Exercising construction control, incoming inspection of materials, structures, products and equipment, compliance of the works performed with the terms of Contracts.
