The department specializes in project management "from scratch" during the design and construction of residential properties, shopping and business centers, office spaces, multi-purpose facilities, light industrial enterprises, infrastructure, and other objects, as well as in construction consulting and monitoring. Project implementation processes are managed using the latest technologies in accordance with global quality standards. Currently, more than 10 projects with a total area exceeding 500,000 m² are under development, and the department employs over 50 highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in projects of various scales and purposes.

Interior and engineering fit-out. General design and construction (turnkey fit-out)
Drawing up a design assignment; Defining the scope, stages and cost of design works subject to customer approval, execution of contracts for their further implementation; Coordination of works carried out by subcontractors as well as architectural, planning and technical solutions in performing a range of design works; Ensuring compliance of the projects with the design assignment; Acceptance of finished design documentation from subcontractors, its verification and transfer to the Customer; Getting approvals for the project at state oversight and supervisory authorities; Organization of designer supervision over the implementation of design solutions, participation in the commissioning of assets and projects; Ensuring the project implementation within the limits of the contractual cost, subject to the customer’s approval (fixed price being a possibility); Attracting and coordinating qualified subcontractors for construction and engineering; Monitoring and ensuring the deadlines for delivery of a project and its individual phases; Monitoring and assuring the quality of the works performed; Ensuring the supply of quality materials and equipment; Maintaining order and organization of cleaning on the site; Timely settlements with subcontractors for quality work performed and accepted; Timely settlements with suppliers for their timely delivery of quality materials, equipment and furnishings; Monitoring the due conduct of commissioning works and comprehensive fire alarm testing; Preparation of executive documentation and its transfer to the customer; Commissioning of the completed facility (asset).

  • Development and approval of the Project management and communications scheme, the accountability matrices;
  • Evaluating the potential project delivery cost;
  • Development and approval of the functional and technical assignment;
  • Support of tenders for the selection of design and building contractors as well as suppliers of materials and equipment;
  • Identifying and reducing the consequences of project risks on the key parameters of the project success (time, cost, quality);
  • Proactive management of the Project delivery cost (development and/or verification of estimated commercial and government prices);
  • Calculation and monitoring of requisite human engineering/technical personnel and manpower for project implementation;
  • Planning the Project delivery deadlines, tracking the milestones;
  • Support of construction works, as regards the monitoring of volumes, the quality of works, their compliance with design, construction and other standards to ensure their acceptance;
  • Submitting a regular and transparent report to the customer/investor about the course of works on the Project at all stages of its lifecycle.

  • Development and approval of the Project management and communications network, accountability matrices;
  • Development and approval of the functional assignment;
  • Development of design and construction specifications as well as the local terms of reference;
  • BIM, digitization and automation of construction management processes;
  • Organization of procurement procedures for the selection of design and building contractors as well as suppliers of materials and equipment;
  • Ensuring a positive opinion after the expert evaluation of design documentation, and obtaining a construction permit;
  • Making sure that the necessary approvals, permits and other documents are obtained for the production and completion of works;
  • Exercising construction control, incoming inspection of materials, structures, products and equipment, compliance of the works performed with the terms of Contracts.
  • Identifying and reducing the consequences of project risks on the key parameters of the project success (time, cost, quality);
  • Proactive management of the Project delivery cost (development and/or verification of estimated commercial and government prices);
