Moscow, August 7, 2023. The international consulting company Nikoliers provided advice in an investment transaction for the sale of the urban warehouse complex Shosseynaya in the south-east of Moscow, where it represented the seller on an exclusive basis. Shosseynaya includes modern warehouse buildings of class A and B. The project is uniquely located within the city precincts in close proximity to MCD-2, South-Eastern Chord and other key transportation routes. The investor is ELMA GROUP. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.
