In the first quarter of 2025, retailer turnover intensified along key shopping corridors. The increase in vacancy rates is attributed to the natural rotation of tenants and the release of certain premises to accommodate new retailers. Tenant changes often occur during periods of market slowdown: after the New Year holidays and before the start of the tourist season in St. Petersburg. We forecast that in April–June 2025, the vacated premises will be reoccupied by retailers.
